My purse collection includes clutches, messenger bags, totes, cosmetic bag, satchels.. you name it (if you want a complete purse glossary, go here). But my collection didn’t include a carry-on size purse (and just because my husband refers to every purse I own as “luggage” doesn’t mean it actually is luggage sized, even though I can fit a water bottle, keys, wallet, glasses, sunglasses, notepad, pens, a book, lip gloss, cell phone, and sunscreen in most of them). I digress. I now have a magnificent coral-colored Harveys Carry-On bag to add to my collection.
It includes two elasticized bottle holder straps (one on each side) and pockets galore. It also has a key ring to hold IDs or key cards as well as car keys, a perfectly-shaped cell phone pocket, zippered pockets, and a little matching cinched bag to carry anything icky or that you might want concealed or protected. Besides all that, the bag is constructed of heavy-duty actual seat belt straps that hold up to anything. I asked our Harveys pals Erin and Paul how easy they were to clean and apparently it’s super easy! A little soap and water and pass with an old toothbrush and voila! Good as new!
The construction of these bags is what I can’t get over. They are lightweight yet incredibly sturdy and won’t rip easily. The zipper is smooth and large, making it easy to pull open and doesn’t get stuck on itself. Harveys has so many styles to choose from. The color I have is bright and pretty, but they have classic browns and blacks and even patterned bags. Check out their site to see all the styles and learn more about the features.
