Live From The L.A. Auto Show: Honda Remixes The Two-Door Commuter

Dscn1396 The Honda REMIX, a compact concept made its world debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show this week. According to LeftLaneNews, “the REMIX explores the shape and design of a two-seat sports car focused on performance and daily usability.” That all sounds good but we like it because it looks so different from what is out there.

Tm_13hondaremixconcept The REMIX is focused on a simple, lightweight and fun-to-drive philosophy. Honda is hoping the concept balances sports car virtues with real-world practicality. Well, it’s a two door, so it can’t be that practical. And look at that thing… it looks like it fell out of XBOX 360. It doesn’t seem like the best commuter option to us, but we sure like the looks of it! Now, if Honda made this little humdinger into a hybrid or an electric vehicle, then we’re definitely sold!

Most production vehicles hardly look like their original conceptual designs, but we hope Honda sticks with the lines of this one. We’ll take two in silver, please!
