Our mission statement for Car Concerns is plain and simple, to create a dialog that helps the retail automotive consumer and the automotive retailer better understand the buying process. Whether it is a dealership, a service center, or a lending source, we want you to know the process that is involved. Understanding is what we are all about.
Every single morning in our city, as
well as every other city across the
land, dealership sales personnel are
assembled in conference rooms and
taught how to maximize the gross
profit on each and every deal. It is
an out dated system that has been
put into place by manufactures to
deliver their products to the
masses.
Car Concerns will attempt to level
the playing field on the showroom
floor by informing the consumer of
what to expect when purchasing the
vehicle of their choice from the
dealer that they choose.
The dealer has a huge investment in
his franchise facility and a profit
is deserved. The amount of that
profit is the issue. The consumer
wants to purchase the vehicle and
not the entire dealership.
Thousands of consumers will shop for
a new vehicle in East Tennessee this
week and if Car Concerns can help
the process go more smoothly, then
our mission is accomplished.
It is our hope to help both the
consumer and the dealer through a
better understanding of one another.
At Car Concerns we will comment on
legal issues pertaining to all
automotive concerns. We do not
profess to be a lawyer, but being a
dealer for the past two decades has
brought me to be very familiar with
the Court House steps.
With
that said and done let the show
begin!!!!!!!!
