Recommendations-Testimonials

Martha Rader has truly helped me begin to bring order to my chaotic existence. During a time of extensive growth in my organization with increasing opportunities, Martha’s coaching has been a tremendous asset to my life and ministry. For anyone looking to take their personal or professional life to the next level, I highly recommend Martha.

Dr. Rader assisted my executive leadership team to build a stronger foundation of respect, admiration and better communication. She kept us focused. During several sessions, she was able get the team to open up and communicate clearly and honestly. She did a wonderful job keeping us on point and making sure we didn’t side step difficult issues. She held us accountable to goals to improve on delivering to our mission, client pledge and goals.

Your tenacity knows no bounds. You are an amazing example for career women as well as students coming up through the ranks.

Judy Farcus Serra, CFO Headquarter Automotive Group: Headquarter Toyota, Headquarter Hyundai, and Headquarter Honda:

I know Martha E. Rader, Ph.D., CC, she really brings it. I have attended her seminar. Very insightful and helpful in our environment.

Martha's coaching abilities have assisted me to take my personal and professional goals and planning to new levels. I have gained a new awareness to blocks and obstacles that have gotten in the way in the past. One notable aspect was conflict avoidance that slows growth and productivity. Martha is a consummate professional. She has helped me stay focused on my goals and has provided me with unconditional support and encouragement. I would highly recommend Martha Rader to assist you to be the best you can be.

I have known Martha Rader for many years and trust her knowledge, intent, and professionalism like no one I have ever known. She cares and helps others strive to reach their potential.

As a student and part of the MBA program, Dr. Rader and I shared extensively the uneven context and scope of the materials described in class and the contemporary and critical orientation of my professional work. Depending on the type of class we were covering, Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development, Organizational Change, or Strategic Planning And Implementation, Dr. Rader would advise me on applying a certain number of key skills, learned and discussed in class, appropriate to identify and mitigate inaccuracies relevant to the affairs of my professional work. Every class proceeded in a sequence providing a setting for me to apply concrete and effective evidence with a high degree of engagement in the discipline being covered. Dr. Rader’s classes are driven by performance, thereby illustrating a pattern essential to being successful in the practical world.

I have always admired your commitment to excellence and your drive to attain goals....you exceed all expectations!
