Terry Hyden opened U.S. Automotive Inc. in Springfield, MO, in November 1986 with two employees, 3,200 square feet of floor space and eight service bays.
Today, he has two shops with 22,870 square feet of floor space, a total of 30 service bays (all with lifts) and 12 employees. He added the second shop, in Nixa, MO, in October 2006 and brought in Alan Quackenbush to manage it.

Our computer system plugs right into your car and gives us important information about your car to help us shorten the diagnosis and repair process getting you back on the road sooner.
Our investment in equipment doesn't stop there. We have heavily invested in equipment to aid our technicians to perform work on your car faster, easier and more reliably. For example, only one auto repair shop in 100 has the level of equipment to give you such expert results as are obtained from our alignment system. And, you will find both Springfield & Nixa locations the cleanest facilities around.
