At Island Honda, we strive to make your car shopping experience a positive one. We are one of Kitagawa Motors, Inc.'s family-owned and operated dealerships, celebrating over 30 years in business, and that means our customers are also our neighbors…and our friends. That’s how we treat you at Island Honda. We sell new Honda vehicles and pristine factory-certified used Hondas. We also provide parts, maintenance and repair for Honda owners, independent shops, body shops and other dealerships.
An involved community partner, Island Honda contributes regularly to a variety of community causes, mainly through advertising sponsorships and donations of various goods and services throughout the year. We have a particular interest in cultural events and programs which benefit the children of Maui.
Our sales system is extremely customer-friendly. We prefer a no-pressure process rather than the liner/closer or "T.O." process that is more prevalent in the industry. In other words, we won't throw you in a room with the "closer from hell" once negotiations begin! That probably explains why so much of our business comes from "repeats" and referrals!
Our facility is spacious, comfortable and child-friendly. Kids just love the play areas in the showroom and service lounge areas, and their parents appreciate them too! New owner clinics, held once a month, are also a favorite with the adults.
We look forward to the opportunity to assist you with the purchase or lease of a Honda, and welcome you to stop in for refreshments and to simply "talk story" even if a purchase is not something that is in your immediate future.
