I took my car in for a tire rotation on July 18 and they broke a wheel lock in half. They said their mechanic was not in that day. When I returned they said that it would have to be drilled out and I would have to pay 2-3 hours of labor at $80 an hour. Nine days prior to my wheel lock being broken, another tire place checked that tire for a slow leak and ...
What would you say about this, my car is a sc1 with over 219,000 miles. The engine runs fast when it is idling, should I just kick the gas pedal to slow the engine down or should I take it in for them to look at it? This just wastes gasoline. What could be the problem? The wrench sign came on right before this problem about two weeks ago. It has not ...
I need to know what the lights mean that light up on a panel above the mirror, there are 2 that have lit up lately, I know some of them are door ajar and if its freezing outside, but there are 2 I need to know , one is a wrench and the other looks like water sprinkling in a box.

The car is not on a lift, I just slide under. is my body angle not right? this is just too silly not to ...

Is there a website or some other source used for rating mechanics so you know you are dealing with reputable people? I do not always find the BBB to be reliable and they do not always list businesses I am interested in.
I am trying to replace the starter, which should be a relatively easy fix. The upper mounting bolt for the starter was gone and is the reason why the casing on the starter broke around the other mounting bolt. I bought another bolt for the hole, but the problem is there is no way to get your hand or a wrench in that little space to put that second, upper ...
I received a P000B code via a diagnostic test at the local Pepboys. Apparently, this is due to a fault/ and or dirty screens on the camshaft position solenoid valves which was released in the TSB PIP-4644 from Saturn to its service departments. Before turning a wrench, is this correct diagnosis on my part? Thanks! Mark
