Why is the wire harness plug for the front passenger door of my 1993 Honda Accord different than the rear door? The back doors are the same but front passenger plug is totally diff. I was under the impression these were interchangeable parts and years?

When I start my car, there is a squeaking sound coming from the drive belt. Is it rust? I recently replaced my alternator, could it be new parts against old parts making the squeaking sound? Then the noise settles, once car is warm. However, the squeaking sound is rapid and louder as I accelerate, then goes away as I come to a stop. Please advise?
