Service engine light came on in 1999 Saturn SL2. Had oxygen sensor replaced already. Could it be bad gas or what else?
I took my car into the dealership to get the "check engine" light figured out. I was told I would need to replace the catalytic converter. I was suggested to take it to another place where it would be cheaper to replace. I took it to Midas and was told the problem was not the catalytic converter but the oxygen sensors. Who should I trust?

I have an oxygen concentrator that plugs into any cigarette or power outlet, but it keeps shutting off all the time. Is there something that limits the power coming out? The power outlets are fused at 20 amps.
