Hello - the repair shop says that the core support is broken on my 2000 VW GTI. Is this important to get replaced? Also, they want to do an induction service. I\*ve always put 91 octane gas in and experience no problems driving. What\*s your advice? Thanks.

I am looking to buy a 2006 Acura TL which recommends using 91 octane fuel. Can I run the vehicle on 89 or 87 octane ? I know there will be a lose of performance, but will there be any harm to my engine ?
Could using regular unlead fuel vs. the higher octane cause a oxygen sensor in a Jaguar S-Type to go bad?
