Hi, I need advice and intelligent options. I have a 1993 Mitsubishi 3000 GT (V6 3.0L 2972cc 181CID FI GAS N B). Since I first got her back in 2003, she has only broken down twice. The first time was in May of 2007. It was the transmission and that was five years ago. I had the entire tranny rebuilt at a place called Daffy Daves in Key West. While she was ...
I have a 2007 Ford Expedition an it has a little over 50,000 miles on it. However, it was also necessary to replace the cylinder head and head gasket set. Could this also be attributed to "wear and tear" ?
I've a ten year old Dodge Caravan that has been virtually maintenance-free except routine replacements (it's at 175,000 miles). This vehicle has excellent traction and got me through a horrendous drive up I-80 when most vehicles couldn't make it. I'm looking at replacing my "friend" and have a modest budget. I like the space but wonder if better ...
was recently informed (at regular oil change) that no-oil showed on dip-stick upon arrival (137.xxx). haven't noticed drips under car, or "blue-smoke"(burning oil); always have regular Valvoline changes/maintenance...and eng. temp gauge did not show irregular level. did have "ck eng light" about 1-yr ago/replaced cat convertor sensor & ...
