Idle problem, it don't want to crank. And once or twice it has died on me. I now believe it's a idle air control valve. It also runs on high idle as well. Please help me answer this question.

Where is the idle air control valve is located on my Jeep? It's a 2007 Jeep Commander with a 3.7 liter V6.
My 98 honda accord ex will sometimes not crank, and when I do get it to I have to flood it with gas just to keep the rpm over 1 because if I don't it will just decelerate and cut off. It also will stall if I let the car idle on its own, without me gassing it and keeping the rpm over 1. What could it be? I have already replaced spark plugs, battery, oxygen ...

Unable to locate idle air control valve on my 3.7L engine. It's NOT on the throttle body and is nowhere in sight in the Engine area. Is it inside the throttle body?
