I drive a Kia 2001 Sportage. Over the Christmas holidays it broke down. I got it to the dealer - and they said it needed a new valve/head and they did a whole bunch of things on the car - which cost me over $2,000 CDN. The problem is since getting back the car, I engine check light keeps comming on, indicating a whole bunch of new problems. First a fuel ...
I have a 1993 Chevy Corsica (4 door sedan, V6). I am faced with getting the fuel line repaired. Since the part is not made anymore, I have to take the car to the dealer (which of course will cost more). I am afraid that, if I get the leak fixed, I am going to end up paying more than my car is worth. I am aware that since the fuel lines are already ...

Tested coil primary (1.4ohm) & secondary (13.43ohm) resistance. Tested power transistor resistance (had resistance where it should). Checked fuel pump fuse, good. ...

It may be that fuel is not reaching the engine. I removed the fuel line from the part that the line comes out of immediately before it goes to the glow plugs (carburetor?), turned on the ignition and ...

Our 2001 Subaru Outback: can a faulty water pump cause the cabin heating system to run irregularly? There is little rhyme or reason to when it is blows warm air versus cool air. We smell gasoline odor within the cabin on extremely cold days. The odor is so strong, I will open the windows in sub zero temperatures. Apparently, while the engine is still ...
