I need help! I read about AskPatty.com in the NY Times, and I thought, what a great idea! I think I may have been fleeced more times than a Merino ewe. I just have had many, many bad experiences with auto mechanics, and though I'm a journalist typically more than comfortable with confronting injustice, I'm shy about doing it without solid information ...
98 Jeep Grd Cherk Ltd, after I\'ve turned the ignition off and go to my porch, I can see my jeep, jerk...and will jerk at 44 second intervals; or 23 second intervals; or 9 second intervals. (The jerk, months later the motor seized, and motor replaced, the jerk is still there). The motor seized. Was replaced. The jeep still jerks at random intervals. Phoned ...

I have a 1995 Porsche 911 (993) that I want to put 18" wheels on. I found a set but I am not sure they will fit. Can you let me know if the following wheels/Tires will fit the 1995 911 (993). PORSCHE 996 TURBO S OEM 18" WHEELS with BRIDGESTONE POTENZA -SO2A tires. FRONT TIRES 295/30ZR/18 .REAR TIRES 225/40ZR/18.
I own a Porsche 911 w/ AWD. Is it true that when changing the tires, you need to change all 4 tires, as opposed to just changing the tires that need to be changed? In my case just the two front tires. Someone told me that you will damage the cars stabilizer and make the car work harder if you do not change all the tires. Please advice.
just had wheelbearings put on front driver side. Now both front tires are making a squeiling grinding sound. Just started leaking brake fluid. Sometimes it works and sometimes it goes to the floor. Also front tires look like they are bowed inward.
Why would my front tires be pulling in toward each other even though I just fixed the ball joints on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee?
