We had a brand new Ford F-250. One of the fuel injectors was stuck open and it flooded the engine with gas. Ford replaced the engine. However, the dealer forgot to add transmission fluid. I have a 1999 Mazda Protege LXIT currently has 140,000 miles.
I had the transmission fluid (not the transmission filter) in the transmission changed at 110,000. As it is 140,000 now I think that it is time for another service. Also the gear shifts a little hard than before but overall it works just fine.
