I have a Nissan/Sentra 89 and is heating hot, my husband removed thermostat to keep it cool (2 years ago) is getting hot again, I guess is the water pump no working good because if i drive the needle can be in right level but if i am in a red a light the needle start going up. Is there a way to know if the water pump not working good? I don't think it is ...
I have a 2000 Honda Accord with 138,000 miles on it. It's going strong, but I wonder, with its age, should I replace things ahead of time to prevent breakdown? Like a water pump, or fuel filter. I know it needs a timing belt after 100,000 miles. Anything else other than regular things like tires?
my ex punched a hole in my firewal (03 Mazda 6) to run some wires through (men!) and now when i go through the car wash water, water everywhere. what product can i use to seal that up - thinking there must me some kind of fire retardant spray / expanding foam? Thanks Anna

My 89 Honda Civic DX, Manual, all of the sudden started sputtering like it\*s making popcorn. I added fuel injector cleaner, and water remover for the gas, and checked the spark plugs. It still runs, but poorly, is it my fuel injectors?
My 2003 pt cruiser stopped running in the middle of the freeway. Sent it to the Chrysler dealership and they stated I need to replace timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, water pump gasket and flush the cooling system. They gave me estimate worse case scenario $1295.00 maybe less but not more. What do you think?
I have a 2002 Honda Civic with 59,000 miles.Last weekend it overheated.There was water in the overfill container.I let it cool down,then added water.It stayed in ad didn*t overheat again.My mechanic thinks it could be the thermostat,but I didn*t tink that would cause it to overheat?
