My 2003 pt cruiser stopped running in the middle of the freeway. Sent it to the Chrysler dealership and they stated I need to replace timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, water pump gasket and flush the cooling system. They gave me estimate worse case scenario $1295.00 maybe less but not more. What do you think?

hi had tensioner belt (big belt) replaced due to screeching noise when air, fan, and heater is on. It sounds like a chirp and then there is a screech and it is intermittent.
