I have a 2001 VW Bug, bought it 2 years ago this month. Everything's been great except for recently - when I put it in park and turn off the car. When I go to get in it again and try to go pull out, the gear shift sticks and it wont go out of park! I started setting the E-brake when I put it in park, and that seems to help, but sometimes it still sticks! I ...
I've been told its bad when you're backing up to shift into drive from reverse while the car is still rolling backwards. Is this bad for the car? Should I come to a complete stop before shifting? (automatic transmission)

As it is 140,000 now I think that it is time for another service. Also the gear shifts a little hard than before but overall it works just fine. The previous owner also informed me that the ...
Hi, I am driving 94 Buick Skylark 4Dr Sedan. Everything is fine but gear shifting after overnight parking. The transmission not responding until idling long time (1-3 min). It is o.k. once it works and during operation. Thank you.
