The gas mileage on my 03 Nissan Maxima (43,000 miles)has fallen off abruptly. Over all mileage is down to 20 MPG. What should I look for??

Dear Patty, I just leased a 06 4 Runner in the end of March 07...I traded in my Sienna thinking it would get great gas mileage like my Sienna.
