I just bought a used 2003 Dodge Neon sxt. No heat is blowing out of the dash through any vent. The fluid levels are good, the car is running at normal temp range. 

I have tried reversing the heater hoses to flush the engine. Both of the hoses are cool to the touch after 30 mins of running at operating temperatures.

Hello, so my red dot came on and went off car drives totally fine, but my inside heater / ac switch stopped working and my front two power windows stopped working. Oh and my temp gauge does not move.
