A/C fan works, but frequently makes a squealing sound as if the fan is hitting something. What is wrong, and how much to fix?

hi had tensioner belt (big belt) replaced due to screeching noise when air, fan, and heater is on. It sounds like a chirp and then there is a screech and it is intermittent. So what now? part was 100.00 and they are going to look at it and see if they can figure it out. Tires good, brakes good. so ?? thx
My Nissan XTerra blower motor only works part of the time. When it won't come on, if I hit the dash, it will run, but at slower than normal speed. When I come to a stop sign, the fan starts running slower.
Fan will not blow air. Exspect on setting 5 is there a fuse for the blower !! On a Sierra 2003 1500 extended Cab LE pickup
I recently had my car's engine replaced with a rebuilt engine because of a blown cylinder. Since I got the car back, the engine light came on and I discovered there was no coolant in the radiator..the mechanic says my car now needs a new radiator fan? I'm not sure what he's talking about.
