I have a 1991 Toyota Celica that wants to stall whenever the weather is wet. The only way I can keep it running is to keep my engine raced a little. What could be the cause of this?

I took my car into the dealership to get the "check engine" light figured out. I was told I would need to replace the catalytic converter. I was suggested to take it to another place where it would be cheaper to replace. I took it to Midas and was told the problem was not the catalytic converter but the oxygen sensors. Who should I trust?

One of the local dealerships basically destroyed my car. The guy said it was the heater core and they replaced it. They treated me with the utmost disdain. When I got the car back, it was OK for a while, but they had put the serpentine belt back on wrong and it cost me $600 because it took the transmission down with it.
