The seatbelt in the back will not go back in, how do I fix this?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Thank you for writing in.  There is a mechanism that retracts the seat belt after use, and this retractor may be broken. If that is the case, it will need to be replaced. To better inspect the components in question, you will have to access them by taking off the plastic cover. Only further inspection will tell. For more help, contact your local certified female friendly service center near you.

Good luck!
