Hey I wanted to ask if a dealership would let me trade in a car that I just got from them for a different one before I make my first payment reason being because it is giving me problems already

Thank you for writing in. You will have to look through the paperwork given to you at the time of sale. It should have most of the information you need to determine if you are covered under the circumstances. You may also want to contact the dealership directly and explain to them what is happening. If you are worried about what the dealership may do or say, you can also look into the laws in your area that pertain to auto sales and "lemon laws". 

It depends on the dealership and your state's laws.  Some dealers will allow you to "exchange" a vehicle within a certain number of days, others will not.  You may have to escalate up to the general manager and push to get them to allow you to exchange the vehicle.  Unfortunately, most vehicle sales are final and why pre-purchase inspections are so important.  Good luck!
