Put in new battery, starter, still no power! Is their a neutral switch I need to know about?

Thank you for writing in, and great question. Yes there is a neutral safety switch, and it can cause a  "no crank" situation. There are also other electrical fuses and relays in the starter circuit that you may need to test. The best thing to do is to crank the engine and test for power at the starter. You will know definitively if the starter is getting power or not. From there, you can work backwards through the system until you find the component that is causing you to lose power. Only further testing will tell. Good luck!
