How do I check the type of gear oil for my Toyota Camry 2008 . I bought it fairly used and I don't have owner's manual.

Hello,

Thank you for writing in. You can find the owner's manual online through Toyota themselves via a free PDF file. You can print it or save it for future reference. According to their website, your manual transmission needs 2.6-quarts of API GL-4 or 5 gear oil with a viscosity rating of SAE 75W-90. Good luck!
