Hello,

Thank you for writing in. The switch which controls the passenger side lock and window is a single unit that you may have to replace. There is either an issue with the switch, or the switch is not receiving power. The best way to be sure is by checking for voltage at the switch. If the switch is receiving voltage, but not sending it to the window motor or locks, then the switch is bad. If there is no power to the switch, the electrical circuit is to blame. At that point, you will have to trace the passenger window wiring circuit, testing for voltage along the way, and find out where power is being lost. Good luck!
