Working on Electrical, there was a bare wire attached to the big white wire, power wire on the fuse link/fuse panel under the driver side kick panel. The bare wire touched the frame and now, I have no taillights, no brake lights, no flashers, no turn signals, vehicle won’t start/starter won’t even click, and the vehicle won’t shift from park

Hello,

Thank you for  writing in. The fuse box was likely damaged when its power source was shorted to the frame. The fuse box can be tested with a multimeter. This way you or a technician can verify power is being sent to the fuse box, but that the fuse box will not distribute power to the rest of the vehicle. It can be replaced, and the vehicle should be okay. Good luck!
