Hello,

Thank you for writing in. The rear SAM module for your model does need to be reprogrammed. Often programming is not performed or is performed improperly leaving the system unable to communicate as designed. Reading diagnostic codes alone will not help solve the problem. You will need to find a qualified Mercedes technician who has the right computer program to recode the sensor.

Good luck!
