Hello,

Thank you for writing in. There is more information needed in order to determine what is wrong. Is the fuel door not releasing using the interior button on the button on the key fob? Considering the age of the vehicle, the fuel door release mechanism and its switch should be under manufacture warranty. There may be an issue with the actuator or the fuel door itself. Since the vehicle is brand new, take it to the dealership from which you purchased it and have them fix it for free.

Good luck!
