Hi, I have problem with Celica on - 1. I pulled out charger, next recharge up to 100 2. Put in the same place 3. When I connected, only the position lights were on and starter works, nothing inside and engine not work I checked: Charger is properly conected

Hello, 

Thank you for writing in. If you are trying to charge a battery, that battery may have failed. The battery may not be able to hold a charge or push enough power to turn over the engine. Have the battery tested by an automotive parts store by or by a technician. Good luck!
