Hello,

Thank you for writing in. This is an issue that is difficult to diagnose without test driving the vehicle. You may be having an issue with a transmission or engine sensor. This may not be related to changing the ignition switch, unless you happened to have left something else unplugged or bumped it and cause a poor connection. You will want to seek help from a qualified technician who can pinpoint the issue with a test drive and a scan tool. Contact your AskPatty.com Certified Female Friendly repair shop for more help from a trusted team of technicians.

Good luck!
