heat blows through vents and defrost, but heat does not blow on floor. Air conditioning does blow on floor when on

Hello,

Thank you for writing in. The switch you use to change vent flow controls small door actuators that close the air ducts in the dashboard. It is likely that one of these door actuators has failed, and will not respond when told to open. The actuator will need to be replaced. There is always a chance that the switch is not working, or that there is another type of electrical issue, but those possibilities are much less likely. Good luck!
