Car is starting for 20 seconds on the left fuel pump. Then it is not shifting to the right fuel pump. Both pumps are new, also change fuel regulator, spark plugs, MAF. Also checked relays are working.

You are on the right track by looking into the relays. There is likely an issue with the replacement pump, or its circuitry. Verify its installation, and that the malfunctioning pump is connected properly. Also consider the option of vapor lock and possible issues within the system itself.
