I'm having difficulty trying to locate the B1 S2 oxygen sensor on my Chevy Impala 2012

Hello,

Thank you for writing in. B1 S2 stands for "bank 1 sensor 2". Bank 1 is the side of the exhaust that comes from the side of the engine that houses cylinder #1, Sensor 2 stands for the oxygen sensor that comes after the catalytic converter, also known as the "post-cat" oxygen sensor. Bank one should be on the right side of the vehicle. Good luck!
