No voltage at fuses in side car or under hood

Not having power to your fuse boxes indicates that you are not completing a circuit from your battery or that your battery is dead. Check the wires running from the battery to your fuse box. Also check the battery's ground to make sure it is clean, dry, and tight. If you know the battery is charged and working, then trace the voltage from the battery to the fuse box to see where it drops off. Good luck.
