Hello,

Typically a vehicle that wont start has an issue with the battery or the starter. You will want to have both tested in order to rule them out. You can also try jump starting the vehicle, to see if the battery may be dead at the moment. What caused the battery to die in the first place, if that is the case, is what you want to focus on next.  Other models similar to yours have also reported a problem with loose ignition wires.Have a technician verify all of the wires involved with the starting circuit are clean, dry, and tight. I'm so sorry to hear that your car won't start.  If the lights work and the battery is new, then the most likely culprits are a bad fuse, a bad starter or bad ignition switch or wire.  The 2016 200 is known to have an ignition wire problem, so it may be that.  Since your car is a 2016 model, hopefully it is still under the factory warranty.  You will need to take it to a Chrysler dealership for a proper diagnosis.  Unfortunately, Chryslers are notorious for electrical problems.  Hopefully, the problem can be fixed under warranty for you.
