My high beams will not turn off

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Jessica Howe, Automotive Expert & Coach at

The high-beam headlights are getting power when they should not be. The most common issue to cause this type of problem is a defective switch. There may also be a short somewhere in the electrical system. Have the headlight switch inspected, and possibly replaced.
