If I drive my car for a long time my brake makes a NOT screeching sound but a clack sound like something is stuck. And the brake pedal gets really tight and stiff. And once that happens the car car will accelerate really slowly and once hitting 45mph it starts to shake. After coming to a complete stop the driver side back tire is really how and smoking. What can this be a result of?

There are several reasons why you may be having problems with the brakes once the vehicle has been driven for a period of time. If there were something stuck between the brake pad and the brake caliper, you would have been experiencing these problems every time you drive. This leads me to believe that you may have a problem with the guide pins, a warped brake caliper, or  other mechanical component on the rear driver's side wheel. There is also a possibility of a hydraulic fluid problem. You need to have the entire system looked over by a brake professional.
