With a good battery, starter, and solid connection between the two, you may be having problems with the anti-theft system. The alternative would be a problem with your ignition switch. The most likely cause would be a problem with the security system, and you may see a blinking red light that indicated the security system is active. Avengers have a history of security system faults, and you may have to replace the module responsible for regulating the anti-theft system. This is called the SKIM module. When the static causes a problem with this module, you can often unplug the battery for 3 minutes to let everything discharge and reset. If this does not work, look into having the SKIM module replaced. Good luck!
