I have a 1998 Honda Accord and I am wondering if I can change my steering column with a used one? Will I need to get anything programmed?

The steering column can be changed out with a used one.  If the vehicle is equipped with a factory anti-theft system, the anti-theft system may need to be programmed after installation before the vehicle will start.
