I have a honda Accord and the headliner on the passenger's side at the back of the car gets really wet when it rains, and the trunk gets wet too. What could be the problem?

It sounds like the window seal and/or trunk seal is leaking, and allowing water to get inside the trunk and passenger compartment.  If you run a hose over the top of the vehicle, you may be able to see where water is coming in. The headliner may need to be removed from the vehicle to find the exact location of water intrusion.

If the vehicle is equipped with a sun roof, one of the drains may be clogged. Usually these can be blown out using compressed air.
