I just bought a used 2003 Dodge Neon sxt. No heat is blowing out of the dash through any vent. The fluid levels are good, the car is running at normal temp range.

I have tried reversing the heater hoses to flush the engine. Both of the hoses are cool to the touch after 30 mins of running at operating temperatures.

Is the heater core bad or do I need to look somewhere else?
