hi, when slowing down from fast speed such as exiting the freeway, the steering wheel of my 2008 Ford Mustang shakes. What could be causing this?

Answers from the Automotive Experts

Brandy Schaffels, Editor at, Inc. Shuddering when stopping can be a sign of a few different things: Most often, it could indicate that your brake rotors are damaged and may need replacing, less often it might indicate loose wheel bearings or tie rod ends.

Also, depending on the road surface, and how hard you are braking, you might be feeling your ABS kicking in.
