Hello! and thank you for helping me find a logical answer.
I just bought a Subaru Outback 2.5 premium. A very nice car that fits me well. No, not speedy but strong and stable with a lot of room. However, when I got her, looking at the back of the car and while referencing the bumper, the left was lower than the right. Kind of like lob-sided. I told the dealer this and they put in a new coil and then a second one. She became even more lob-sided. I went around the dealers parking lot and discovered that every Outback had this. The dealer now says that they did what they could and that is that. Do I have to be satisfied with a lob sided car or do I have to take even "louder" action? I mean....this is a 29000 dollar car and not a pound of sugar I bought. Like most people it takes time to save this kind of money. My question to you is: what could this be? Will this be damaging to the car in the long run? ( I normally have cars for about 10 years) and or should I have a come to Jesus talk with the dealer or someone at the Subaru company? All I want is no problems or drama. Thank you so much!
