Well, since I drive a CR-V, I would have to say the Honda. I have not driven the RAV4, because we have had good service from all of our Honda vehicles and their resale values have always been higher than their comparable competitors.

Which is better is a very open question. What is important to you? Both are great vehciles. You can compare specs at kbb or edmonds. I ended up purchasing a cx5 from Mazda which recieved best in class.
