What could be wrong with my 2009 Buick Enclave? I stoped at a stop sign and the wheel didn't want to turn and then I turned the car off it did not want to start. Now while I am driving it makes a clicking noise.

Olga,
You have an "intermediate steering shaft" a two part shaft from steering wheel to rack and pinion that controls tire direction. This shaft had a boot dust cover that is grooved splined, at times, this boot can slip and cause this drivability concern. I suggest you have someone inspect your steering components for wear.
Sounds like something is hitting/binding up in the steering/suspension of the vehicle. I would get this to a repair shop and have it looked at before continuing to drive the vehicle.
