Hi Obdulio! Sounds like it could be a speed sensor or a bad catalytic converter. Sensors go bad regularly & can cause issues like this. If it's causing you to have a check engine light on, some shops will scan it for free. If not, it may require additional time to diagnose. If your catalytic converter is bad, it can cause back pressure and all sorts of strange issues.

Sounds like it might have a bad ground or other electrical issue. It is also possible that a sensor is not working properly. Have it checked by a good repair shop.
