At 30,000, have them checked for wear and have the pads replaced when they are 2mm or less.

You should have your tires rotated about every 5,000 miles for equal wear. Every time they are rotated you should ask to have the brakes inspected because the brake pads do wear down and need replacing. It depends on your style of driving how often they need to be replaced.
Rotors also need replacing but less often. They can inspect for debris at the same time. If you go to where you purchased your tires they may rotate and inspect them for free.
Happy &safe driving!
