There are two heater hoses that go into the firewall behind the engine. However, it is not advisable to disconnect a heater hose to flush coolant. Manufacturers recommend coolant replacement or coolant exchange on their service schedules. This is accomplished by a complete drain and refill with the manufacturer's specified coolant (in some cases, a manufacturer will post procedures through Technical Service Bulletins to "flush" a cooling system with shop equipment that has safe, non-invasive adapters to connect into the cooling system).
Hope this helps!
